A Raincoat Worth Taking on Every Walk

A rainy morning does not have to mean cancelling a walk. It does, however, make the right coat rather useful. For small dogs in particular, we prefer outerwear that has a purpose: protection from damp weather, a comfortable fit and a design that is easy to put on without turning the whole outing into an event.

The Waterproof Rainfleece Dog Coat is a practical choice for that everyday routine. Its waterproof rainfleece outer is paired with a light fleece lining and soft fleece at the neck and cuffs. Those details matter because the areas around a dog's neck and legs are where a poorly chosen coat can feel uncomfortable. The aim is coverage without unnecessary bulk.

Choose the shape, not just the colour

The range includes standard and long-body sizes, which is particularly useful if your dog has a longer back. Before choosing, measure carefully and compare the results with the product's sizing guide. A size name on its own tells you very little about the actual fit.

There are several colour combinations, from black and khaki to plum, sage, mustard and dusty pink. We would choose the shade you enjoy seeing on every walk, rather than the one that looks best for a single photograph. A coat should earn its place in the wardrobe by being worn regularly.

The product listing recommends machine washing at 30°C and air drying, a welcome detail when muddy pavements become part of the daily routine. It is a ready-made item, so take a moment to check both the colour and size selection before placing your order.
